Give your child a birthday they'll never forget — one filled with creativity, connection, and a little bit of magic. ✨ The ATC Swap Party is a guided creative experience designed for children ages 8+, where each guest creates their very own Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) and participates in a structured, joyful trading activity. It's hands-on, heartfelt, and completely memorable.

💛 Pricing
- $30 per child
- Final total is based on your confirmed guest count
📋 Deposit
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date
- Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event
📅 Booking Details
- Minimum of 6 children required to book
- Final guest count must be confirmed 5 days prior to the event
📝 Policies & Agreement
By completing your booking, you agree to the following:
- Adult supervision is required throughout the event
- Allergy & safety notice: Craft materials will be in use. Please notify your host of any known allergies or sensitivities in advance
- All participants are expected to engage with kindness and respect toward one another and the materials
- Cancellation policy: The deposit is non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 5 days' notice, subject to availability
- Final payment must be received before the event begins
💌 After Booking
Once your deposit is received, you'll get a follow-up message to confirm your party theme, color palette, and any final details — so everything fits perfectly for you. 🎀
Mobile Party Terms (Minors Under 16) — No Signature Required
- Deposit: $150 non-refundable
- Final headcount due:
- Remaining balance due at the start of the event (before we begin) — cash, card, or approved digital payment
- Personalized stations included only if guest names are submitted 10+ days before the event via Order Notes; under 10 days = no personalization
- Supervision: 1 adult per 5 minors; at least 1 adult onsite the full 2 hours; host manages behavior
- Photos/video: project-only by default; no identifiable faces posted without host confirmation; opt-out available before start
- Space requirements: tables/chairs provided by host; safe clear area; trash access; outdoor shade if applicable; we may pause/end if unsafe
- Cancellation/Reschedule: deposit non-refundable; one free reschedule if requested 7+ days before (subject to availability); no refunds after 7 days; additional reschedules may require a new deposit
