✨ The ATC Swap Party is a guided creative experience designed for children ages 8+, where each guest creates their very own Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) and participates in a structured, joyful trading activity. It's hands-on, heartfelt, and completely memorable.
This listing is for the booking deposit to reserve your party date.

$30 per child. Final total is based on your confirmed guest count.

Mobile Party Terms (Minors Under 16)
By placing your deposit, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.
1) Booking & Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve your event date.
- Your date is not held until the deposit is received.
- Deposit is applied toward your total party balance.
2) Pricing & Guest Count
- Pricing is $30 per child.
- Minimum of 6 children required to book.
- Final guest count must be confirmed 5 days prior to the event.
- Your final total is based on the confirmed guest count.
3) Remaining Balance
- The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event start time.
- If the balance is not paid by the deadline, the event may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
4) Adult Supervision (Required)
- An adult (18+) must remain on-site for the full duration of the party.
- The host is responsible for participant behavior and safety outside of the craft activity.
5) Safety, Allergies & Sensitivities
- Craft materials will be used (paper, inks, adhesives, embellishments, tools).
- Please notify us before the event of any allergies, asthma triggers, or sensitivities.
- Participants should not put materials in their mouths and should wash hands after crafting.
6) Space Requirements
- Client provides a clean, stable tabletop workspace and adequate seating for the confirmed guest count.
- Access to a nearby trash bin is appreciated.
7) Respect for Materials & Kindness Policy
- All participants are expected to engage with kindness and respect toward one another and the materials.
- Damaged or missing tools/materials due to misuse may be billed to the client.
8) Rescheduling & Cancellation
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- One (1) reschedule is allowed with at least 5 days’ notice, subject to availability.
- Reschedule requests with less than 5 days’ notice may be treated as a cancellation.
9) Photos / Video (Optional)
- We may take photos/video of the crafting setup and finished projects for portfolio/social media.
- If you prefer no photos of children be taken or shared, please notify us in writing before the event.
10) After Booking
- After your deposit is received, you’ll get a follow-up message to confirm your party theme, color palette, and final details.
